Pronounced flavours of ripe grapefruit and tropical stone fruit. After years of aging in a Foeder, Brett was added to this sour beer and blended with hundreds of pounds of L'acadie wine must. Additionally, aged on grapefruit juice/peel and peach to enhance the tropical notes.
