This traditional Saison is brewed with chamomile and elderflower lending fresh light herbal notes. We then dry-hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Huell melon, complementing the spicy and herbal notes and adding subtle floral and fruit overtones. Naturally carbonated through re-fermentation in the bottle, this Saison can be aged or drank fresh.
